Yes. I do! I have the Racing Module with the pit-lane limiter and dual map switch on my track only 2012 S1000RR . It uses your stock O2 (Lambda) sensors to self adaptive tune while you ride. It's NOT like powercommander's AutoTune or Bazzaz AutoTune in which you have to log a ride and then apply the changes. I know this because I have used both.

That starts at the 7:30 mark. Just the BMW S1000RR part starts @ 12:58 and runs about a minute and a half. By removing 1 lug/ spoke from the speed sensor ring (with a grinder) it fooled the ECU because it never saw 186mph. The bikes top speed went from 194mph to over 200mph.
